Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states plus Washington, D.C.) using UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free UPS 2nd Day Air shipping on every 6-pack.
3-packs ship with standard UPS rates (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air), which are calculated at checkout based on your location.

When will my order be delivered?

We ship all orders on Tuesdays. Delivery timing depends on the UPS service selected and when you place your order.

Important: All orders must be placed by 6:00 pm PST on Sunday to ship the following Tuesday.

Example:

  • Orders placed on or before Sunday, July 6 at 6:00 pm PST → ship Tuesday, July 8.
  • Orders placed after Sunday, July 6 at 6:00 pm PST up to Sunday, July 13 at 6:00 pm PST → ship Tuesday, July 15.

Product Care & Storage

What should I do after the product is delivered?

For maximum freshness and quality, refrigerate or freeze the curry paste immediately upon delivery.

What is the shelf life?

Unopened: 100 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 year in the freezer.

After opening: Best used within 4 weeks (keep refrigerated).

Can I freeze the curry paste?

Yes. It freezes excellently (up to 1 year). We recommend putting it into ice cube trays or small containers for easy portioning.

Returns & Customer Service

What is your refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of fresh curry paste, we do not accept returns or refunds.

However, if your order arrives damaged or is significantly delayed by UPS, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery:

We check voicemail regularly and aim to reply to all messages within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday). We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Ordering & Limits

Why is there an $84 order limit?

We use a standard shipping box sized for up to 6 cups. You can order either one 6-pack or two 3-packs per box. The $84 limit ensures accurate UPS shipping rates are calculated for a single box.

To order more than 6 cups, simply place a separate order. This allows us to ship in two properly rated boxes.

Usage & Flavors

How much fresh curry paste should I use?

It varies by recipe and number of servings. As a general guide:

  • For 2 people: 2 - 4 tablespoons of curry paste.

Which flavors are spicy?

  • Green Curry Paste is mildly spicy.
  • All other flavors (Red, Yellow, Massaman, Panang, etc.) are not spicy (no chili heat).

We formulated them this way so everyone can enjoy them. Add fresh chilies, chili flakes, or cayenne pepper to increase the heat.
